• Experience as a Gas Safety Manager, ensuring Gas compliance.
• Ensuring gas contractors are fully qualified/vetted and perform works in accordance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure gas systems are safe and compliant.
• Be the main point of contact for gas related issues within the property portfolio.
