We‘re looking for an experienced Contracts Surveyor to join our Investment Team and play a key role in delivering high-quality investment and improvement projects across our housing stock. The Role Reporting to the Asset Manager, you‘ll support the delivery of a range of capital and planned works projects, from pre-tender stage through to completion and handover. You‘ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard, while meeting all regulatory, health and safety, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation, procurement and delivery of investment and capital works projects Assist with contract administration, inspections and quality control Help manage budgets, costs and contractor performance Work with consultants, contractors and local authorities Support customer and leaseholder consultation where required Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations and internal procedures Performance & Customer Focus Contribute to meeting investment, decent homes and energy efficiency targets Support high levels of tenant satisfaction Ensure complaints and enquiries are managed in line with customer standards Help maintain strong compliance and audit outcomes About You You‘ll have a background in building, construction or surveying, with strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety legislation and contract management. You‘ll be organised, commercially aware and confident working with multiple stakeholders.
