✨ What you‘ll be doing No two days look the same! You will: Coordinate and organise key meetings, including STAR EMT, Committees and Board sessions Take minutes with accuracy and confidence Manage executive diaries and support senior managers with high‑quality admin Oversee reports, statutory returns, invoice processing and purchase orders Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, external partners and visitors Support events, projects and corporate initiatives across the organisation Administer STAR and CDL SharePoint and website content Provide ad‑hoc support to HR, Governance and wider teams Handle confidential information with professionalism at all times
