About the Role As an Income Officer, you will report to the Income & Tenancy Sustainment Team Leader, who will support you in your health and safety, training, and development. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated income management caseload and ensuring tenants, and other stakeholders receive outstanding service regarding their rent, garage, and other Neighbourhoods-related debt.
